I youse a fondant lifter .the cost is about 200 but worth it. you roll the cake out on top of the rings and then lift the outside ring over the cake( the lifter is round but works fine you just have to make sure your outside ring fits over the cake) . I then tent the sides of the cake and bring one side in at a time. Make sure your cake sits on the table or you wont be able to tent the cake.
