I made this for my daughter's 7th birthday party. The castle is make up of two 11" sqares with two 9" rounds on top. The turrets are made of rice crispy treats covered in buttercream and fondant. On top of the turrets are ice cream cones covered in pink tinted white chocolate with sprinkles.
