Gateau Perlia

Another mother-daughter project to celebrate daddy's birthday. Soaked coffee genoise as base. Layers of caramel Bavarian and coffee mousse. Topped with caramel gelee and french macarons. Wrapped in ladyfingers.

My dear @SandraSmiley, as I said the other day... once this covid mess is over, you have to come for a bbq... bring Mike to help with the fire, bake some good bread to share and bring a cat to keep the kiddos busy, I'll provide a scrumptious cake. Leave the fairy at home to take care of the rest of the furries!
