My just for fun Easter cake for my family. It's glutenfree, vegan lemon with lemon filling and lemon BC. Flowers are colored with blackberry and strawberry puree. Thanks!

I also use her gf flour mix and I usually cut down on the sugar a bit (at least by 1/3 in every recipe). I used this recipe in three 6 in. pans and I've also done it in two 8 in. pans. I prefer my layers a little thicker.
