Kentucky Derby Birthday Cake
I made this cake for my dad and it just so happened to be the weekend of the Kentucky Derby...and he likes to "bet on the ponies". :-) I used edible images for the riders and horseshoe. Roses are buttercream.

Thank you. :-) The horse is made of black card stock glued to a skewer. The horse on the side of the cake was made using an edible frosting sheet.
