This was what I ended up with for Easter. I waited too late to do lilies so I tried a two-tone rose instead. It's a chocolate cake with fudge filling and bcf. Thanks for looking
I had the darker pink frosting in a bag already so I squirted a pretty good amount, starting as close to the tip as possible inside a new bag fitted with a 104 rose tip. Then I filled the rest of the bag with regular frosting. I turned the tip so that the narrow part lined up with the dark pink and piped away. Hope this helps!
This is sooo pretty! Very classy and classic! Very nice colors and I love all the variations of colors in the roses! Was there a message going in the center?

I didn't put any message on the cake this time. Usually I would for an event. Thanks for the wonderful feedback.
BEAUTIFUL roses. Can you tell me how you two-tone them? I tried once but they didn't turn out.
Beautiful cake - you are very talented!
how did you ice the center part in a different color? That is really pretty
I did it like you would do a transfer. It wasn't too hard at all.
