Birthday Cake
This is for my niece’s 21st birthday party later on today. She loves flowers and the color purple. Bottom is American mud cake filled with a blackberry reduction and cheesecake filing,covered in chocolate ganache, middle is a brown butter pumpkin cake filled with cheesecake buttercream frost d in cinnamon SMBC, and brown sugar cake filled with caramelized apples and cinnamon flavored buttercreamfrosted with SMBC. All covered in homemade white chocolate MMF.
