Thank you all for your comments. Sorry kakeladi I just noticed you asked for details.
I had the image divided and printed on 3 frosted sheets. I rolled out fondant and applied the sheets separately and cut out the doll image. I let it dry a little before sticking it to the cake. Then I applied the dress, hair, etc to the doll.
