Inspired by the sculpture of Gian Lorenzo Bernini – Apollo & Daphne. Hand painted on cake with cocoa butter and petal dusts,i’m absolutely in love with this image i found on pinterest it was so different probably that why i wanted so badly to paint this on cake :) The single tier was submitted in cake central magazine volume 8 issue 1 .
