A cake for a New York lover turning 50.
It is based on the beautiful London landmark cake by Rachelle's, but I added more landmarks and more color by request.
Each piece is handcut from gumpaste, then the landmark is drawn on with non-toxic pen. Customer was advised to remove landmarks before eating.
