Cake for a Birthday Girl whose favourite colour is orange! Mimosa, peach melba, chocolate and lemon tiers with IMBC and dark or white chocolate ganache throughout. First four-tier cake, first time stenciling, first time piping dots! It went OK once I'd stopped shaking... I gave myself a break and used real roses and ribbon.
