My girls have all outgrown the Disney Princesses. I wish I had the experience and know-how when I was making their cakes that I have now (all self-taught). So I do a happy dance when friends with young girls ask me to create Princess cakes ... here's one with the ever-popular "Frozen" theme. This is the 4th cake I have made for this friend - one baby shower, 2 little-girl birthdays and most recently a birthday cake for her hubby - glad she trusts me!
