Soft gingerbread cookies textured with very thin layer of fondant which was colored with red, yellow and brown.Textured by using a rolling pin over rubberized shelf liner. Lines scored with a cake tester, and then with a circle cutter. (I was tired of decorating gingerbread men, so used some of the dough for these instead!!)
