I was absolutely delighted to be asked by Zoe of Sweet Foxylicious Cakes https://www.facebook.com/sweetfoxyliciousbyZoeFox to be one of the collaborators raising awareness to our earths endangered animals. I chose the Land Iguana of the Galapagos.more information can be read over at https://www.facebook.com/bakersunitetofight My iguana is totally hand made using rkt and modelling chocolate and then airbrushing the colours onto the finished sculpture..... That included the volcanic rock. For anyone coming to Cakes International this year, at the NEC, they will be on display.
