I made this cake for my own wedding! Our wedding had a lot of chalkboard elements so it was an easy decision to reflect that in one of our cakes. The gold accent tied in with the rest of the decor and the wafer paper flowers were an easy way for this reasonably stressed bride to finish off the cake.
