This cake was for my nieces bridal shower. I was given free reign on design. It is actually the first time I was given total control over a cake without some outside input or photo in mind to replicate. It was so much fun to just allow my own vision and interpretation to emerge in this piece.

It was my first attempt at bas relief, marbled fondant and making dahlias and peonies. I am so proud of this cake. It made me grow as both a baker and an artist.
