This was a fun cake to make and first for me. The helmet and face were made from pastillage and tylose gum paste. There was a styrofoam ball as the core for support. The cake was chocolate with buttercream filling and icing. The bottom was done with an airbrush and ribbon to mark off the sections. The top cake was imprinted using a plastic container on crusting buttercream.
