I bleed Red and Black so when I was asked to make a cake for a high school graduate who is heading to Texas Tech in the fall, it was a no brainer. The didn't want anything standing or a figure. I was traveling 50 miles and they wanted it travel proof. Raider Red and the TT are done out of gum paste, The cake itself was chocolate with chocolate filling covered with ganache and LMF.
