Neapolitan Rosette Cake
Beginner baker. 3 layer cake with Swiss Meringue Buttercream icing in which the bottom layer of icing was flavored with melted milk chocolate and a tad of dark chocolate, middle layer was flavored with Mexican pure vanilla and top layer was flavored with fresh strawberry puree. The cake layers matched the icing.
This cake was a huge hit with friends for looks as well as taste.
