This is a five-tier fruit cake, traditionally marzipanned and royal iced. The design is based on the recently restored Himeji Castle in Japan. All the flowers for the bouquets, cake, buttonholes and hair pieces are handmade with cold porcelain. thank you for looking. Fiona x

thank you Myslice. It is a celebration boozy fruit cake (I use the same recipe for Christmas, weddings, Christenings, any of those types of occasions). I simply swap the flour for gluten free flour when I need to. thank you for asking xx
