I decided to use the Wilton Peeps bunny mold to make a healthier Peep for my little ones. I made the Peep cake with an avocado, Garbanzo bean chocolate cake recipe I cam up with and dipped them in a bit of white chocolate bark and then dipped in Wilton pastel sugar. So fun and the kids love them! (Less sugar than the marshmallow counterpart as well) I used my mini doughnut mold to use up the leftover batter.
