Black Diamond Sugar Egg on Cake Central

It's such an honour to have been a part of the Cake Masters Sugar Egg Collection!! All 14 eggs were displayed at Cake International in London last weekend - They're so stunning, everyone has done such a great job with their designs!! My design took just over 30 hours to complete. Each sugar pearl was placed individually into black fondant. I was lucky enough to have been awarded with a 2nd place rosette!!
