My first carved ship. This cake served as a birthday and congratulations for completing a cruise booking program. The cake consist of a vanilla cake with a cheesecake flavor, a pineapple filling, and a champagne flavored Buttercream frosting. The cake is covered in candy clay and I used a wood grain fondant mold to make the flooring. I used icing gel tinted with navy blue coloring for the pool water and aqua blue coloring for the waves. .
