Primary Colored Whimsy

Primary Colored Whimsy on Cake Central

This cake wasn't doing it for me, but it kind of came together at the end. I'm not a big fan of primary colors. I wanted to do hearts to make it more girly, but the mom insisted on dots.... oh well....

Looks like you posted a whle back but I just stumbled upon it! I love this cake- so much personality!! If you're still checking comments on thsi site, I was wondering what you use to dehydrate? Just one of those food dehydrators you see on infomercials? Also, what kind of fondant do you use? I love your work!!!

For each individual cake, are you using the same size pans and carving them or are you using different sizes? Are there 2 or 3 layers for each cake? Love This Cake!!!!!!!!!!!!!

very cute, not reall primary colors though, just red, darker yellow, and dark blue would have looked really odd though youre right about that

Reminds me of what you might see on a table in a Pottery Barn Catalog. Cute, Clean Lines & Classy!
