I wanted to make a doll cake, but I also wanted it to be completely edible. This was this first time I ever made this style cake and I was pretty thrilled with the results (as was the birthday girl!) Cake is Banana with milk chocolate ganache filling. Decorations are made of fondant with royal icing piping on the dress.
