This cake is decorated with only chocolate with a white chocolate mud cake inside. It was for my Mum's 70th and featured her favourite roses ......Pierre de Ronsard, Amber Queen, Chicago Peace, Just Joey, Pinky climbing rose ....all made in chocolate.
