These are some cupcakes I made for my son's birthday. They are the creeper character from Minecraft. Creepers explode in the game so he wanted them on flames. I made the creeper heads out of green tinted chocolate. I hand painted the faces on with a combination of food markers and gel and paint (when my food markers ran out). The flames are buttercream icing in yellow and red and I would take a dollop of each and kind of mix and "pull" out the flames. I hope you like them.
