An all edible and all handmade creation

I had been challenged by lots of people's comments on many cake makers that the modern cake makers don't have real talent as they can use moulds and cutters to make the cake beautiful... so I took the challenge and created this birthday cake for lady Divina, using only paring knife and cocktail sticks... and here she is in her glory!
