This is the cake I made for my husbands birthday this year. His only request was a non-decorated, no-fondant cake. Chocolate cake filled and iced with chocolate buttercream, wrapped in a chocolate collar, decorated with chocolate covered strawberries. Yup you guessed it, he loves chocolate!
