* First cake ever made entirely by me since working at the bakery. The humidity was killing me since I drove out of state to make it. I ended up working in the garage to get it done. Middle tier is hand painted. Buttercream fondant, meringue buttercream, and red velvet. The reception party was Marti Gras/Peacock theme. I was way out of my element in the environment, but I managed! Everyone loved it.
