* I did this cake for a modeling charity event for Children's Miracle Network. The feathers are rice paper sprayed with Wilton's spray paint, the tiara is royal icing, the other details are fondant. The base that it is standing on is for the dolls below to have their own fashion show, complete with turning platform and lights. The pleats are also made of fondant.
