This cake was done for baby's first birthday. It is a two layer strawberry cake with vanilla buttercream. All decor is done with buttercream except purchased edible eyes and antennas are made from chocolate candy melts. Ladybug head is made from a chocolate cupcake. Ladybug is placed on cardboard round to be lifted for baby's personal cake. Kind of like getting two cakes in one. :)
