A 3 tiered design for a little princess turning 1. I designed the cake to match the birthday invitation. A 10", 8" & 6" combo. The base tier is created in a ruffled petal technique, the middle is handpainted with gold lustre and the top tier is inspired by Andrea's SweetCakes cushion quilting effect. The topper was handcut from gumpaste. Flavours were Jaffa Choc Mud, Vanilla Cookies'n'Cream and Classic Chocolate.
