This is my wedding cake which I made for my wedding in December. Everyone told me I was crazy for doing my own cake, but this was my vision and I knew I had to take the chance and make it! Making my own cakes was the best decision ever and made my wedding that much more special! The cake was inspired by my dress (see pic but in white).
The layers were WASC with almond filling, Carrot cake with cream cheese, pistachio-cardamon with caramel filling, and creme brulee with bavarian cream and caramel filling. Layers are 22", 18", 14", 10", and 6".
