Mini Egg Cakes
I made these chocolate cake eggs for an Easter party we went to. They were from the Wilton Egg Molds. They are chocolate cake with buttercream and mmf over the top. They are decorated with colored chocolate and royal icing flowers.
They are very nice! Was it hard to ice the eggs? Very nice!
Not hard at all since they were small, just time consuming.
