Poker Moose Cups
My husband was having a poker night with his buddies, I decided to make him and his buddies a special treat these are chocolate cups with a small pice of banana walnut cake and choc.moose w/baileys first attempt with candy molds and mouse ...they loved them only oneguy didn't like bananas ...oops!

thank you for all the wonderful comments! 4 Tbsp (1/2 stick) unsalted butter,4 lg eggs separated, Pinch of cream of tartar, 1/2 cup heavy cream( subtituted with 1/4 c heavy cream & 1/3 c Baileys) , 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate 1. In double boiler, melt together chocolate and butter, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and transfer to large bowl: Whisk in egg yolks, stirring well. Let cool to room temperature.
2. Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff. Whisk a third of the whites into ch...
