Red Hat Society Cake
This is for 2 ladies in the RHS for their Birthdays. It is red velvet cake torted throughout with cream cheese filling and iced with buttercream and rolled fondant. I had a problem with the dome of the hat. I forgot the buttercream layer and then I also have a dent in the top that I am SO not happy with. I have never baked in a pyrex bowl before.
Great job and I think the dent make it look more natural.
