A three tier cake for the UC Davis College of Engineering 50th Anniversary Awards Gala. Used cake pen to write equations. Bottom tier is 14", middle 10", top 6". Used fresh flowers and covered in MMF. Fan a slightly damp cloth around the blue trim for a clean bold look.
