An 8" wasc chocolate cake filled with a layer of chocolate mousse and strawberry whipped cream. A cake for my darling niece who turned forty and I wanted to make her a feminine, sexy cake. Roses are made of buttercream frosting and all other accents are fondant (except for the card and rhinestone on the bow). I put small wooden blocks under the cardboard base and made the decorative legs out of fondant and dusted with silver pedal dust to give the illusion of metal. Thanks for viewing.
