My daughter wanted dolphins in the ocean and a wave on her cake for her birthday. So I went with a pod of dolphins swimming ahead of a wave with one jumping out of the crest. The dolphins are all fondant except for the one jumping out of the top. He is gumpaste. The shells and coral are all fondant and the lobsters and turtles are chocolate.
