Tiers consisted of sour cream vanilla cake with fillings of bourbon-vanilla bean blanc mange and fudge; mandarin orange cake w/vanilla-pineapple cream; coconut cake w/ coconut custard; and spiced carrot cake w/ cheesecake. Icing was a combination of buttercream and whipped cream. Fondant pearls with lustre dust, Sprinkled with sugar flakes for shimmer.
