This was my first time making an edible hello kitty topper. This was a 2 tiered cake:top tier was chocolate cake with Oreo buttercream filling, and the bottom tier was vanilla cake with strawberry filling. Iced in buttercream and covered in fondant. Hello Kitty was made out of marshmallow fondant and the entire cake is 100% edible
