My first attempt with RKT and modeling chocolate. The tangled cake with a tower, "Mother knows Best" and a water fall was the request from my daughter. It was a lot of fun to make. Cake details: 1/2 sheet cake, Tower constructed of PVC and covered with RKT and modeling chocolate and fondant. 6" cake is the tower top with RKT roof covered with fondant flower cutouts for shingles.
