This is my son's baptism cake - made with the crusting buttercream VIVA method recipe on this site. The paper towel method worked great except I think I might have beat it too much, and should have put in just a smidge more water. Decorations and letters are fondant, with silver dragees. Inspiration for this cake was taken from a number of cakes found on Flickr.
