This cake turned out better than expected. This is only my 5th cake to make and decorate. It was a chocolate cake filled with a cookies and cream mousse. It was covered in MMF. I used a tip to cut out the circles for the scales. I also wish I would have covered the board first. Oh well. Next time. TFL!
