Beautiful basketweave!! Bet it tasted wonderful with the cream cheese tho. I've substituted cream cheese for part of the crisco or butter in my regular buttercream recipes before and it piped just fine.

I often wonder if people realize how much work a decorator puts into a cake like this with all the basketweave. Very good job.

beautiful..we dont tend to use this in the UK....You seem to have lots of different products and flavours over there...we tend to stick to sugarpaste
