This a my version of the classic red velvet cake made for my mother's aerobics instructor. Cake is a 10" red velvet cake with an added Baily's flavor, coffee cream cheese filling and cream cheese icing, finished with a dusting of cocoa powder and a ganache drip on the sides. Lettering is whipped ganache.
