My husband is known at work as "the cupcake guy" or "the guy who's wife makes cakes". These were the Christmas cupcakes I sent. They're gingerbread cupcakes with an egg nog cream cheese frosting with a little dash of nutmeg for garnish. I ran out of ingredients (and they were free) so I didn't put any filling in them. I have my husband's co-workers so spoiled one said "It's good, but I was expecting a filled cupcake." :P
