My daughter's 7th birthday cake - meeting a long list of requirements she'd started making 3 months before her actual birthday and continually added to. I loved making this cake but won't be in too much of a hurry to do it again. I've only been making cakes for 6 months and this was a bit more than I'm used to - but who can refuse a lovely 7 year old who asks so nicely!
