Oh, this cake was such a huge headache. Simple, yet, I didn't think through completely how to attach the head and neck of the dinosaur. I had a dowel, but it did not hold. It started leaning, and tearing the cake. In retrospect, I should have really secure the dowel to the cake board, rather than just the cake. Lesson learned!
